Maintenance

We tailor our annual software maintenance contracts to ensure that you receive the exact level of technical support you require. As a minimum our maintenance contracts include software updates and fixes, plus access to our technical helpdesk.

One of the primary methods that we use to supply technical resources is through our Retained Technical Service (RTS), which provides easy access to all of the skills and services supplied by Nexus Open Software. This service creates a cost effective and flexible technical support solution as time is purchased by the day or at volume discount.

Our software development customers can log support calls by telephone, email or through our Customer Web Portal. All calls are entered into our helpdesk system and are closely tracked and managed until resolution.
