Hosting & Domain Name Registration

The websites we develop require a web hosting service that supports Microsoft .NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005. If your web host is unable to support these technologies we can painlessly migrate your website to our cost effective hosting service, based in Telehouse, London.

Our web hosting solution is completely scalable, it allows you to easily increase storage capacity and monthly bandwidth limits as your website grows in popularity.

Our entry level website hosting packages include:

• Free domain name
• Microsoft .NET 2.0 support
• 1 x Microsoft SQL 2005 licence
• Unlimited email addresses
• Email forwarding
• Daily off-site backups
• 20Gb of bandwidth each month
• 1Gb of hard disk space.

Website migration & training

If you have an existing website, you may wish to migrate the content from your old website to the new website we have developed for you. We can also do this on your behalf, saving you valuable time. 

Another option is to attend the short content management system (CMS) training course, which we supply with every website we develop. This ensures you know how to effectively utilise the CMS features to take control of your own website and we will show you how to migrate content from your old website yourself.

Support & Maintenance

We support and maintain the websites we develop for customers by telephone, email or through our Customer Web Portal. All calls are entered into our helpdesk system and are closely tracked and managed until resolution.

Periodically we release security and feature updates to our website software and CMS. We will let you know when these updates will be applied to your website.
