Pluss provides high quality employment, training and equipment for disabled people in the South West of England. The organisation is jointly owned by Devon County Council, Somerset County Council, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council.

Pluss offers a range of training and recruitment services, and also direct employment in its own manufacturing and mobility equipment businesses.

• The Working division offers a range of services to help people train for, find and retain work.

• The Manufacturing division employs and trains disabled people providing a wide range of quality products and services.

• The Equipping division provides disabled people with mobility and disability equipment.

Pluss have recently selected and deployed MiCore Portal Engine as an Intranet solution for their large staff community dispersed across many sites in the south west region. MiCore is ideal for Pluss to communicate more effectively with employees. It is packed with collaboration tools and time saving features. The permissions based delivery of information has been utilised by Pluss. Intranet dashboards are displayed to authorised users, delivering drill-down KPI data, which is interrogated in real-time from the company financial systems.
