MiCRM will then detect them, perform a duplicate check, and then add them into the central database. If multiple users attempt to add the same contact, then MiCRM will detect the duplicate and ensure that each user has access to the correct details.

Microsoft Outlook integration features enhance remote and mobile working by allowing a user to synchronise their local copy of Outlook with contacts and activities stored in MiCRM, sparing users the trouble of duplicating data entry across multiple systems. Your MiCRM contacts can also be easily exported to the common vCard format, enabling you to attach them to emails or SMS messages for others to import into their Outlook.
