IT Pre-Sales Consultant

Project / Support Engineer
We require commercially experienced individuals who can demonstrate good inter personal skills and form part of a dynamic systems integration team supplying leading technology solutions to organisations of all sizes in the UK and Europe.
This salaried position based from our offices in Exeter requires an experienced individual to assist our existing engineers in managing our clients long term IT strategies. The applicant would primarily be required to provide technical services in all aspects of commercial Business Systems Integration.
A good understanding of Computer, Voice and Data Systems implementation and associated project management methodology is essential. Other work will involve both remote & on-site fault diagnosis as part of our ongoing support commitments.
Interested applicants should ideally possess a 'Microsoft Certified Professional' qualification for a Microsoft Server Product or any other appropriate manufacturers technical accreditation.

Junior Technician
This salaried position based from our offices in Exeter requires an enthusiastic individual willing to learn and develop their skills as part of a dynamic systems integration team.
No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided. Basic hardware and software knowledge and an enthusiasm for IT are essential.
Ideally educated to GCSE standard at Grade C or above in Maths, English and a Science /or existing NVQ's at level 2 or above. Good communication skills required.
